Where is your furniture made?

We believe in sustainable, heirloom quality pieces made of the most natural and inherently durable materials made today. Most of our brands are made in the United States by skilled workers and craftsmen. If a product is made overseas, it is obtained from Fair Trade sources, from skilled artisans who are appropriately compensated for their work.

How is your furniture made?

Furniture material used in construction varies from piece to piece as well as from craftsman to craftsman. All of our material and construction details, as well as finishes, are listed on our individual product pages. Contact us if you would like more details on a specific piece of furniture.

Do I need to assemble my own furniture piece?

Generally, assembly is either not required or provided by the delivery service. Please contact us for information on a specific order.

Can sleeper Sofas be Disassembled for delivery?

If you have a tight space, doorway, hallway or stairway, most of our sleeper sofas have been designed to be taken apart and reassembled. There will be an additional fee to perform this service for you. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their pathway for a successful delivery and contact us for a Disassembly and Reassembly quotation.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at 201-330-1212 to calculate cancellation fees. Cancellations resulting in refunds by credit card are subject to a 5% processing fee. Because of the nature of our products, orders for any made to order items cannot be cancelled without penalty after 48 hours from time of purchase.

How do I return my order?

Please note, special orders, clearance items, rugs, mattresses, throw pillows, any sleep accessory (sheets, pillows, protectors) and floor model or clearance items are neither refundable nor returnable.

All delivery charges are neither refundable nor returnable. 

Stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Returns & exchanges are subject to pick up charges. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Returned items must be in original condition. Any signs of wear or abuse be deducted from any refund issued.

Mattresses are not returnable. Sleeping Pillows, Throw Pillows, and other bedding items are neither refundable nor returnable. 

Mattresses come with a 90 day comfort exchange guarantee. If a mattress can be zipped open, you may swap any layer of your mattress up to 90 days after receiving your new mattress.

What products cannot be refunded or returned?

What do I do if part of my order is missing or was damaged during transit?

Please contact Urban Natural Customer Support immediately at (201) 330-1212. If serious damage is visible, refuse the shipment before signing the bill of lading. For damages concealed at time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

How long will it take to receive my furniture?

All our furniture is made to order just for you by expert craftsmen. The best way to find out estimated lead times on furniture pieces is to check the product page. Typical lead times are 6-12 weeks with white glove delivery transit times adding between 2-6 weeks. Lead times are estimates only. For a shorter wait, check out our Quick Ship and In Stock pieces.

Warranties

What is the warranty for orders from your store?

All our furniture is backed by the warranties of our craftsmen. Contact us for the specific warranty. Beyond our vendor’s warranty, all our furniture is guaranteed against structural defects in materials or workmanship for two years. For damage caused by accident, neglect, or abuse, this is not covered by warranty, but we will charge a service fee at our discretion to assist you in repairing your furniture. We can not service furniture that is determined to be damaged beyond repair. These repairs are subject to pick up and delivery fees.
