Please DO NOT work with this company. We had a very expensive couch delivered to us. The cover material immediately began to pill, and the sofa was so uncomfortable. We had to jump through so many hoops to get them to even pay attention. We waited for new cover material, and waited...and finally they said, Okay we will give you a refund. Now of course, deliver truck is coming and no refund until they get the couch back. RUN!!!!!

Hi,
I can certainly understand the frustration of a product not meeting your expectations. Pilling is something that does happen with particular fabrics used in certain ways or applications. We worked with Rowe, the manufacturer of this sofa, right away to try to do our best to get this resolved for you. This sofa is part of their in stock, quick ship collection, meaning that they have sold hundreds of these frames in this particular fabric, so they were surprised and trying to figure out the issue with the fabric mill. They did not move as quickly to resolve as we wanted them to either, so we, Urban Natural, gave you the option to return the sofa which you accepted. The sofa has been picked up by the delivery team and once that was confirmed, we issued you a full refund.

We know it can be really frustrating when orders get delayed. Your piece did not pass quality control in the factory and had to be re-made. We're very sorry for the delay and inconvenience and operations team has been pushing the factory every day for updates and to push the order out the door as soon as possible. Once your piece ships from Copeland's workshop in Vermont, we will certainly update you.

I ordered my sofa in September and have been without a sofa for over 4 months - all through the holidays. I would like to write a glowing review but I've yet to see it or even get a specific delivery date. At this point it's late January early February. I would say, if you are moving in and need a sofa in a reasonable amount of time, urban natural is not the company for you. Custom orders take longer, I get it, but it's typically three to four weeks. Not over four months.

Thank you for sharing your feedback here. This sofa was special ordered from Luonto's workshop which is located in Finland.
The sofa has completed production and is currently en route to their warehouse where it will be picked up by the white glove delivery team to bring to your home. The lead time is listed on the products description, and in all our communication with you we have tried to convey that the sofa will be ready for delivery at the end of January/Early feb.
A custom piece of furniture will take, on average, 10-12 weeks to produce. The only items we can deliver to your area within 3-4 weeks are pieces that are already made and in stock.

Urban Natural was great to work with. I was looking for a custom fabric from American Leathers to make pillows, and they were able to accommodate my request and ship the fabric to make my dream room come together. They have wonderful quality products and excellent customer service.

I ordered two American Leather chairs through Urban Natural. The price was great--less than I could find anywhere else. I also received great service from Urban Natural staff (thanks, Christin!) to get a replacement when one of the chairs arrived damaged. I'm very happy with my chairs and with the way Urban Natural handled the situation to resolve it.

Urban Natural made the buying process easy. They sent fabric samples quickly and were available when I had questions about lead time and the delivery process. Once I placed my order, they kept me up to date on the entire process. Delivery was early and went smoothly.

I wanted a custom piece, and Urban Natural made the buying process very easy. They shipped fabric samples very quickly. When I was ready to order a representative answered all of my questions, and then once the order was placed, Urban Naturals did a great job of keeping me updated on the lead time and shipping process.

I trust my furniture needs in Urban Natural. The quality of the items is wonderful and, when one piece of furniture couldn't actually get into the apartment, they promptly gave me a store credit in full. And the people I talked to were there for me and quick in assitance. Good job, Urban Natural!
